  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Customized or special request items may take additional time.

We ship all orders through trusted and reputed courier partners to ensure safe delivery.

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • India Post
  • DTDC or other regional couriers

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping during promotions or on a minimum order value.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–9 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.


5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order until it reaches your address.

6. Packaging Safety

We take extra care to pack all jewellery items with:

  • Protective wrapping
  • Tamper-proof packaging
  • Secure outer cover

This ensures your items reach you safely.


7. Delays in Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Strike, lockdown, or natural disasters
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

8. Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We cannot reship or refund orders if:

  • Wrong address was provided
  • No one is available to receive the package
  • Courier partner marks it as “undeliverable”

9. Damaged Shipment

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take an unboxing video + photos
  2. Email us within 24 hours of delivery
  3. We will verify and provide a replacement if applicable

10. International Shipping 

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
