At Amey Jewellers, customer satisfaction is extremely important. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Refund and No Return Policy.
1. No Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for:
- Wrong product ordered by the customer
- Change of mind
- Personal preference issues
- Colour/size differences due to screen display
Once the order is placed and payment is completed, no refund will be issued.
2. No Return Policy
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted for:
- Imitation jewellery
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Accessories
- Sale items
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
We only replace a product if it is received in damaged or defective condition.
To request a replacement:
- Email us within 24 hours of delivery
- Attach clear unboxing video + photos
- Provide order details
If approved we’ll provide a replacement for the damaged/exchanged Product within 5 days ( we’ll deliver the product within 5 days)
4. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
